But being the best is no longer enough. In every category there are endless options, and if that’s not true yet, it will be. It’s only a matter of time before someone shows up in a snazzy suit and tries to steal your crown. Our job is to make their job impossible.

There are many reasons branding and marketing matter. Countless books on the topic – we even wrote one. But it all boils down to one simple thing: why should people care that you exist.
